Darren is the Broker/Owner and founder of Hero Homes Group, Front Door Rentals, and Sell with Darren. As a lifelong resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, he is passionate about serving the community that has shaped my life and helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals.
Since entering the real estate industry in 2014, Darren has dedicated himself to building a company focused on exceptional service, strong relationships, and lasting results. What started as a passion for helping clients buy and sell homes has grown into a family of businesses that includes Hero Homes Group, Front Door Rentals, and several other ventures designed to better serve our community.

Director of Operations
Kourtney Rakestraw serves as Director of Operations for Hero Homes Group, where she oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the organization running efficiently. With a strong focus on operational excellence and client experience, she plays a key role in supporting the company's continued growth across multiple business ventures. In addition to her leadership role at Hero Homes Group, Kourtney manages Front Door Rentals, the company's property management division, and oversees operations for The Office on 1st, a local co-working space serving entrepreneurs, professionals, and small businesses.
Known for her organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset, Kourtney is dedicated to creating seamless experiences for homeowners, residents, tenants, members, and team members alike. Her leadership ensures that every aspect of the business operates with efficiency, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Madison VanHook
Marketing Coordinator
Erin serves as the Executive Assistant and a key support leader for the team, working closely alongside leadership to keep daily operations organized, efficient, and aligned. She plays an essential role in overseeing agent support. Her goal is to make every step of the real estate process as seamless as possible through exceptional service, clear communication, and proactive support.
With a strong focus on organization, communication, and follow-through, Erin supports the day-to-day operations behind successful real estate transactions. From managing schedules and contracts to communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, vendors, and agents, she helps keep everyone informed and on track.
